My Girl and Chocolate!

I just sent my daughter off on a junior high youth group camping trip for 2 nights.

I quickly ran back inside and grabbed 3 essential items.

1. Plastic bags for wet stuff.

2. A tiny light for reading and snuggling in her sleeping bag.

3. And chocolate.

I keep a stash of chocolate in my closet. You never know when you may need it. My daughter and I both agree - a girl can never have enough chocolate.

I love special touches, and Harry & David's Moose Munch provides just that!

Are you a chocolate lover?

About 6 months ago my daughter came into the family room, walked up to me, grabbed me on the shoulders and said, rather loudly, "I NEED CHOCOLATE!". To which I said, "Welcome To My World!"

Yummy, yum, yum!

I love chocolate, but I have been called a 'cheap chocoholic' because my favorite is just the lowly plain milk chocolate Hershey bar and Kisses! However...I like it ALL. That Moose Munch looks SO awesome, but does it have poopcorn? That would make it SO wonderful, but I cannot eat it anymore, so I had better not look for it...boo-hoo!

Oh well off to my 'cheap' stash...have a great day!

O.h m.y g.o.o.d.n.e.s.s.!!!! Am I a chocolate lover? I think it's in my veins. (I know it's deposited in other "unwanted" places on my body!)

Did you seriously ask ME that question? LOL Probably 90% of my posts have the word chocolate in them somewhere! You'll get a kick out of this last one.

If you don't like chocolate, see your doctor immediately, you're not right in my book. It is the food of the Gods. And Moose Munch, I haven't had any in ages. Oh you make me crave it.

I think since my daughter is older and has that time of the month, she understands my chocolate NEEDS better now....:)

Oh Sandy, you're SUCH a good mom! I believe that women and chocolate are inseperable.

Several years ago my (wise) hubby bought me a small, wooden treasure chest and filled it with chocolate. It sits right next to the reading chair in our bedroom, and is for me only. Trust me, it gets refilled regularly! And on occasion, I even share! ;)

I have a chocolate stash for my tots as well.

Since they were in the womb they have been mad chocoholics.

Sometimes there is just a need for speed to the chocolate bin!

Love it too! I've got a few stashes around the house-just in case of some sort of emergency! And I do love Moose Munch-yummy!

First off - you're the best mommie ever. Having chocolate on hand like that and sending her off on her journey fully equipped.

If you haven't guessed, I love chocolate.

At a neighborhood picnic last year my dh asked a toddler if she needed anything and she replied 'I need more chocolate!' THAT has become our catch phrase whenever we are need of chocolate :)

Yes madam I most certain am! There is nothing that compares with it in my book. If I can just have one tiny square a day I can feel like alls right in my crazy world. It is one of the little indulgents I afford myself.

I love it...and there are days I must have it. I used to buy chocolate covered peanuts and raisins and combine them and put them in empty film canisters so that I could carry alittle in my purse.
