How did Kraft know that I loved to make appetizers?
During our kitchen tour of Kraft Foods, I was teamed up with the lovely Silvia, from Mama Latina Tips blog, and from the Kraft Kitchen's staff, Marianne Arimenta.
I was so happy when I drew Knife #2 - which meant I was making appetizers for our sit-down dinner. And then when Silvia drew Knife #2 - it was perfect! We were a great team!
Marianne made it easy for us, as she was so organized, and she helped us whip up 3 brand new Kraft recipes that I will be sharing with you soon (I'm waiting for the final recipes, because we were allowed to tweak them a bit - fun, uh?)
Perfect for the holidays.
They were delicious and so very easy.
For now pictures will do, but I promise I will be back later to share the recipes!
As 8 lovely ladies were able to cook in the Kraft Foods kitchen - look at the SPREAD that we came up with! It was delicious!
Do you serve appetizers for company, or do you start right in with the main course?

Looks like you are having FUN!
Growing up, we never had appetizers before dinner, even if we were eating out. All part of the frugal lifestyle. Since I have my own household, we always have a light appetizer when we have guests if time permits. Since I looove making appetizers, my favorite time is our Christmas party which is all finger food. Looing forward to seeing those recipes!
I don't normally serve appetizers. But these look delicious! Can't wait for the recipes.
Oh, yummy, yummy....appetizers are so fun and tasty!

I love appetizers, and I love Kraft. Your trip looks so fun - and delicious!! Can't wait for the recipes! :)
I don't usually serve appetizers, but always want to. I just don't know what to serve. Looking forward to your ideas!
Those look yummy! I don't always serve appetizers, but it's always pretty fun when we do. Sometimes we make a meal of them!
I adore appetizers. I think it's more fun to nibble on many items than to sit down to a big meal.
Everything looks delicious and I'm excited to see the recipes.
Wow, those look good! Looking forward to the recipes!
Oh, and my word verification word was "tatestr." I think that means someone who taste tests a new dish that contains potatoes. Did you do that at the Kraft Kitchens?
Yum! I LOVE appetizers! When we have company for dinner, I don't always serve them though--I think sometimes I just forget. I love parties where ALL the food is appetizers though!
Just today I got my copy of Kraft's Food and Family magazine in the mail and it is LOADED with GREAT recipes and ideas! Yes, I DO serve appetizers for company, all the time. We have a dinner group and we always have appetizers and then dinner (and dessert of course:):). Even for my kids and/or extended family I do appetizers. Can't wait for your recipes....am always loking for new ones! Hugs, Pinky
I love to eat appetizers and I know from experience, that these were delish!
I can't wait for the recipes ;)
I also thought the presentation was pretty fabulous.
Love, Love, Love appetizers!!
Looking forward to the recipes... Kraft always has simple and creative ideas!!
What a BLAST!!
How fun to have had the opportunity, and just love appies, the more the better!!! ;-P
Oh my! These look so refined, embarassingly, I never think of Kraft in these refined terms.
When having guests I provide some sort of nibble before dinner, even it is is just a plate of various olives and some good bread.
I'm anxious to see the recipes. Looks like you had a wonderful time.

Who doesn't love appetizers?! When it is just me and girlfriends, an assortment of apps is all we need for a complete meal. I never had them growing up, but love eating, so I got used to them rather quickly.
Glad you got to go to the Kraft kitchen. Looking forward to those recipes!
