What a Day!

On this bright Easter morning, 2007, I read:

“It’s resurrection, resurrection, always resurrection, that undergirds what I do and say, the way I live. If there’s no resurrection, “We eat, we drink, the next day we die,” and that’s all there is to it.” (I Corinthians 15, Eugene Peterson’s The Message).

Because of this day today, I don’t have to hold back. I can throw myself into the lives of others, with confidence.

Happy Easter to all of my friends, family and bloggy friends!

And a Very Happy Easter to you friend.

He has risen... He has risen indeed! And because of that...

We "can throw ourselves into the lives of other's, with confidence."

I love that thought! Thanks for sharing it!

He is not here, He is risen! What a great comfort and joy in these words and truth. I fully agree with you that because of what He's done we can "throw ourselves" in the lives of others.

Yes, Sandy...he IS risen! Hope you & your family had a wonderful Easter day together. We sure did with my family...it was a bit chilly, but we were sunny inside.
