My daughter even burned out the motor of her PROFESSIONAL size Kitchen Aid when making it (it was still under warranty, thank goodness).<BR/><BR/>I often make the full recipe and bake only part of them. I use a small cookie scoop (meatball scoop sized) and place each ball on a cookie sheet and then place the cookie sheet in the freezer, putting all the balls in a Zip Lock bag when frozen.<BR/><BR/>I love having a "Hospitality Pantry" for when unexpected company stops by.
